Dr. Aswanth KS

Dr. Aswanth KS is a Pediatrician with specialised training in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Liver Transplantation and Nutrition. He completed his MBBS from JIPMER, Puducherry, and MD Pediatrics from AIIMS Rishikesh, two of India’s premier medical institutes. He subsequently worked at AIIMS Mangalagiri before undergoing a structured fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Medanta – The Medicity, Gurugram. He has further advanced training in pediatric gastrointestinal endoscopy.

With extensive experience in General Paediatrics, Paediatric Critical Care, Neonatology, Emergency Medicine and Paediatric Gastroenterology, Dr. Aswanth manages a wide range of acute and chronic childhood conditions. His areas of expertise include gastrointestinal disorders, liver diseases, nutritional problems, chronic constipation, vomiting, feeding difficulties, celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and complex hepatobiliary conditions.

Dr. Aswanth has a strong academic and research background, with 20+ peer-reviewed publications, including research published in journals such as Journal of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition (JPGN), BMJ Case Reports and Journal of Tropical Pediatrics. He has also received First Prizes for Oral Paper and Poster Presentations at PEDICON 2026.

His approach combines evidence-based paediatric care with specialised expertise in gastrointestinal, liver and nutritional disorders, with a focus on providing comprehensive care for children and adolescents.
